User(s) may not post ads for Adult Services or Adult Content on this Service, if the user violates this Adult Content provision they agree under the terms of this agreement to pay BigBearClassifieds.com $1000.00 for each violation. BigBearClassifieds.com reserves the right under this agreement to track and database all HOST Provider information to insure this non Adult Content provision is followed and enforced. Also where such ad posting violate local, federal and international laws BigBearClassifieds.com reserves the right to disclose information to law enforcement agencies.

| 4: TERMINATION |

User agrees that BigBearClassifieds.com may terminate User's account or use of the Service if BigBearClassifieds.com believes that a User has violated this agreement, or that the User has violated the rights of BigBearClassifieds.com or other Users.
User acknowledges and agrees that any termination of service under this Agreement and under any provision of this Agreement may be effected without prior notice (only in extreme cases). User also acknowledges and agrees that BigBearClassifieds.com may immediately delete any ads associated with the User's account. |

INDEMNITY AND WARRANTIES |

BigBearClassifieds.com rejects any warranties expressed or implied on any and all goods and or services listed on this Service. The sellers assumes all risk and or liabilities that might arise from their sales.
BigBearClassifieds.com is not liable for the accuracy of the information or content contained on this Service, or the content of any ad, or for the claims or omissions. The Service and developers shall not be held liable for any 3rd party claims or losses of any kind, including but not limited to, lost profits, lost property, punitive or other damages.

IF ANY PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT IS HELD TO BE INVALID OR DEEMED UNENFORCEABLE BY A COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION, THEN THE REMAINING PROVISION SHALL NEVERTHELESS CONTINUE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT. CUSTOMER MAY NOT TRANSFER OR ASSIGN THIS AGREEMENT WITHOUT
BigBearClassifieds.com PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT.
THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND RESPECTIVE INTERNATIONAL LAWS AND ALL CLAIMS CONCERNING THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE BROUGHT EXCLUSIVELY IN THE STATE OR FEDERAL COURTS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. BY THEIR USE OF THIS WEBSITE, THE PARTIES HEREBY CONSENT TO SUBMIT TO THE JURISDICTION OF SUCH COURTS AND WAIVE ANY PERSONAL JURISDICTION OR ALTERNATIVE VENUE DEFENSES CONCERNING THE SAID CLAIMS. |
